Henry Roofing was founded in 1999 by Tim Henry, a lifelong resident of American Canyon who began learning the roofing trade at an early age. With more than 50 years of total roofing experience, Tim built the company on a simple but powerful philosophy: quality workmanship, honest service, and long-term relationships matter more than short-term profit. Over the decades, his commitment to integrity and consistency earned Henry Roofing a strong reputation as one of the most trusted roofing contractors in both Napa and Solano counties.
In 2025, ownership of Henry Roofing transitioned to Efren Rodriguez, marking the next chapter in the company’s history while preserving the values it was built on. Efren lives in Fairfield with his wife and their three children, and has been part of the Henry Roofing team since 2005. He began working alongside Tim at just 19 years old, learning the roofing trade directly under his mentorship.

With more than 20 years of hands-on experience, Efren has established a reputation as a hardworking, knowledgeable, and dependable roofing professional. He has spent the past five years being mentored by Tim in preparation for this transition and is certified with two major roofing manufacturers. In 2025, Efren officially purchased the business and is proud to continue operating it as Henry Roofing.

Today, Henry Roofing remains committed to the same high standards customers have come to expect. The company employs a staff of over 20 skilled professionals—many of whom have been with the company for more than 15 years—ensuring continuity, experience, and craftsmanship on every project.
